"Life is beautiful", this is a story in the Fascist Concentration Camp, in that young boy's eyes. He did not see the cruel, inhuman suffering, but only love and hope.In the darkness, God gives us an eye to see the most beautiful things.

In my darkest days, fascists groups used their mind control weapons to torture and harass me in a cruel way. My body was pain and aching; I had trouble breathing; I suffered from many kinds of terrible disease because of their torture. I was not allowed to sleep; they even prevented me from thinking freely; they used insulting words to attack me and had an insulting behavior to harm my personality; they cruelly trampled my human dignity; I tried to look for help, but no one came to stop their long-lasting torture and harassment. They are still here to torture me and harass me 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, they are trying to destroy all my hopes.

But in the darkness, God gives me an eye to see the most beautiful things. When I felt that I could not go on, God gave me an eye to see that He was there.

When I used up my last funds and I was still suffering from torture and harassment, I sat in front of the window, and asked God: "Why could human beings be so bad and cruel." The cloudless sky suddenly filled with cloud and rain. God was with me. When I was crying, God was also crying.
When I did not have a single cent with me nor any food to eat, I was still suffering from torture and harassment. I sat on the seashore, I saw a half dried rose, I prayed to God:”I want that Rose!" That evening, it rained the whole night. The second morning, I saw the dried rose blooming, with two crystal-clear raindrops on it. It was so beautiful.
During my first three years' suffering, I always heard God's voice:”You must be patient and forgiving! You only need to be good!" So I always told those fascists I would forgive them if they could keep their weapons away from me. But they never stopped their cruel torture.
Every time I tried to do a few good things, God gave me the highest reward.

When I was suffering, I spent more time to be very close to the nature. I took a lot of pictures of flowers, of insects and of nature.I found at least six kinds of spiders in a garden; I found the mosquito's legs have three white dots; I found small fish eating the moss that grows in the wood under the water; I found that grass also has very small pink flowers. I found the peach flowers blooming like pink cloud over the hills and the dales; I planted all kinds of vegetables and saw the seeds coming out of the soul and I watched them grow and cover the entire garden; I saw the cherries grow and I picked cherries from the tree; I saw apricots slowly turn to orange color...........

When I was suffering, I also met some people who had a kind heart; who let me stay in their house and only charged me a small amount per month; who gave me a jacket to wear in cold rainy days; who drove me around to look for new accommodation but did not charge me much; who lent me a telephone card to let me make a phone call; who worked so hard to expose those torturers and jeopardized their life.
During the darkest days of this tormented life, I met a lot of people who have been working hard to fight against this cruel and inhuman torture. They are volunteers working hard for human rights and freedom. They help each other out of generosity; when I need help, I can find so many helping hands all over the world, in any country, in any part of the world. When in the middle of the night, perpetrators torture me a lot, and I feel that I cannot go on, they chat with me on the computer, tell me what they have done, bring me some good news, look on the bright side and encourage me to go on with my work. I am so grateful to all the people from China, Russia, USA, Canada, Britain, Germany, France, Belgium, Finland, Holland, Denmark, India, Japan, South Korea, Australia, South Africa and many other countries.

When I was suffering, mom brought the food to my bed three times a day for three months until I decided to go to the office to try to do some business work; mom brought me a cup of milk to my bed and massaged my legs and head every night before sleeping; one night the office security guide was not around, so I had to stay in the office, mom and dad drove their tricycles to come to my office. If bandits and thieves were to come, they said they would protect me. Dad was already 73 at that time;

During the past few years:
Mom is my physician, she has studied Chinese herbal medicine and tries to cure all my diseases.
Mom is my nurse; she carefully looks after me everyday.
Mom is my butler; she takes care of everything in my life.
Mom is a nutritionist, she designs our daily nutritional balanced diet;
Mom is a chef, she cooks three meals a day for us.
Mom is my psychological doctor, she channels my negative feelings. When I am down, she will cheer me up.
Mom is my welfare agency; she is responsible for all my expenses. Since the first year I came back to China, she has started to deposit money for my old age expenses and my pension costs.

Mom did not know my story, she did not know I was suffering from mind control weapons torture, she only knew I was badly sick.
Mom got cancer because of me. When she saw I was suffering, she suffered more than I did. Even if mom was sick, the only one she cared for was her child, not herself. She hurried to help me to look for a boyfriend (unfortunately, I could not find one), she wanted me to get married earlier to have a baby earlier. Mom said: "Now I can look after you, after we die, who will look after you? You must find a boyfriend who can look after you after we die." "You must have a baby as soon as possible, now I am still able to work hard and help you to bring up the child. If I am ill and cannot work any longer, who will help you to bring up your child?"

In order not to stay at home all day doing nothing and making mom worry more, I tried to do business. However, given the torture and sufferings inflicted by my tormentors, I was not fit to do any business. I cannot work properly to support myself. This makes mom worry a lot. But mom always has a story in store for me:" You have a land, you can plant corn but if it does not yield a good harvest, you can plant peanuts instead; if peanuts do not yield a good harvest, you can plant beans, if beans do not yield a good harvest, and you can plant cotton. Now, you are doing business. If no one can do business with you, you can still find someone else. Just don't give up, you will always find something good for you."

When I finally decided to fight against those torturers, I asked mom: "If a girl was sent to jail by some terrorists, how could she get some help?" Mom said:" She can write many notes and throw them out of the window-slit every day." "Never give up, one note -paper at least, will be found by some kind people and they will come and help you." Since 2005 I have sent more than 300,000 emails all over the world. I called all these letters "notepapers from the window-slits" or "matches from the little match girl."

I called myself a little match girl, selling matches in the cold days. When I sent out one letter, I told myself, I lit up one match, and wished there would be someone who could see the Faint flames and come to help me. I wished I could light up a torchlight in everyone's heart.

Qingming Festival, We went to ancestral graves for a memorial ceremony. While standing beside a river, seeing some ducks swimming in a polluted river, we heaved a deep sigh at seeing the pollution of the last 20 years. Someone said: These ducks have been swimming in this river since they were born. And the river was polluted when they came to the river for the first time. They must have thought this river was originally like this. These ducks had never seen a clear and clean river, so they did not know what a clear and clean river looked like.

Some chickens lived in the chicken farm, each year the young chickens were carefully looked after by human beings and after they had grown up, they would be sent to the slaughterhouse.

These chickens had never known another kind of life, so they must have thought that being brought into the world, eating, sleeping, growing up and then going to the slaughterhouse was their life. They did not know there was another kind of life in the world.

Environmental protection manifests from small hobbies in family's daily life

Environmental Protection is one of the sternest topics in 21st century.

Government, social organizations and environmental protection volunteers have been working hard in many areas, such as: Legislation; developing Recycling Economy; protecting natural resources; developing and using the natural resources reasonably; governing pollution; protecting wild animals etc.

Mom never said she was an environmental protection volunteer, but in her whole life she has been fostering environmental protection hobbies in the family's daily life.

(1) Consciousness of waste recycling

Here was an example. One day I bought a skirt; I did not like the skirt-width lace and wanted to cut off. My mom said:"Don't just cut the lace off, cut it with half inch skirt. The skirt length is enough and the lace can be used in other things."

In Mom's whole life, she always has such consciousness: firstly thinking how waste will be recycled before producing trash. Mom never bought any vase, some special designed wine bottles were very nice vases. Medicine bottles could be used to put pepper powder, what you should do was just drilling some holes on the covers.

(2) Initiate using natural farm manure, biology agricultural chemicals and biological control plant diseases and insect pests.

Mom likes natural food. Beside normal vegetables which we can find in supermarket, mom cooks a lot of edible herbs as common dishes in my family. China is abounding in natural Chinese herbal medicine resources. It takes very important role in the prevention and cure of diseases. nowadays£¬Chinese herbal medicines are not only medicines in the prevention and cure of diseases£¬it has furthermore become some common dishes in our dining-tables. It takes the most important part in having health food to improve health conditions. In her spare time, mom goes to hills and picks wild herbs; she can use edible herbs to make a lot of very delicious food. Such as: fry herbs; cook soups; steam herb with wheat flour; make dumpling; make Steamed stuffed bun; eat fresh herbs with the sauce( using hot water boil herbs for a while and eat with garlic sauce)¡.

(3) Saving

Mom's saving hobbies maybe make a lot of people think she is parsimonious.
In our three meals a day, if we could not finish a dish at lunch time, we would keep it for dinner. Mom never threw away any food. Normally mom would not cook a dish with too much measure. Only if one dish could not be finished within 3 meals, mom would finally throw it away.

In our family we still wear some patched underwear; some quilts have been used for more than 20 years. One of my leisure pants was burnt down one hole. Mom patched it and made it looks like a pocket on the pants; other people even thought that it was a special designed pocket.

When mom made clothes, she saved strips. She could use cloth strips to make many beautiful and useful things in the family. (Above picture is a Flush toilet cover which made by cloth strips and inside is natural cotton)

Mom never bought any Cosmetic which was above RMB2 Yuan in her whole life.

But she has her own natural cosmetics: milk, egg, fruits and vegetables. I also use Mom's production "cherry toner" (soaks the cherry with grape wine in a pottery jar, and buries in the earth for half year). It can prevent and control frostbite.

Mom and dad bought a house 20 years ago and had a contract that the water was free charge for 20 years. But Mom still tried hard to save water and electricity. Raining days, Mom always saved rain water and washed clothes and cleaned house. In warmer weather, we would eat dinners at the garden, so everyday we can save one hour electricity.

Mom always reused waste packing sacks for many times and finally used them as trash bags.

Mom and dad fixed a solar energy water heater in the house. Every year, we could use warm water from late March until November.

Mom reserved whole families' old fashion clothes for many years. Mom always wished that one day old design clothes would again become popular, so that we could wear them again.

(4) Cherish Mother Nature and Respect Mother Nature.

Comparing with opening up all wastelands, planting unitary species which are taken into only consideration of economic benefits, Mom prefers some wastelands; Biochain makes all biological maintain dynamic equilibrium; Things live with peace, diversity, Coexistence and Prosperity.

What mom has done were just very small matters. But mom has already done a lot to protect our earth. Protect Mother Nature! Cherish Mother Nature!

In the modern society we have been using more and more machinery products instead of traditional hand made products. While enhancing our productivity, machinery production let us also lose too many unique beautiful.

Everyday, we are using the same machine-made exquisite furniture, we have lost unique creative furniture which have contained carpenter¡¯s joy, sadness or a sudden inspiration; We are wearing the same clothes, we have lost special designs made by tailors; We are wearing the best brand name clothes, we have lost the clothes made by mom, normally there was a special hand embroidered rose in the chest of the clothes, you designed the rose and your mom embroidered it on each of your clothes. That was your own Badges.

We have seen:-

More and more traditional clothes were replaced by Western dresses and leather shoes.

We opened up large tracts of wastelands, planted unitary species which took into consideration of economic benefits;

We dug everywhere which possibly had some kinds of mineral resources;

We cut down wildwoods and planted economic forests for needs of our rapid economics growing.

We developed advanced new technologies which are only taking into consideration of economic benefits and immediately put into use.

Our earth has been changed by us to benefit human beings. While we changing the earth, we can see ecological environment deteriorates. Many species have disappeared£¬the main reason was because of the excessive exploitation of nature£»Oceans, rivers, lakes, land and even air have been seriously polluted; Climate warming has become a particularly impressed consequence to everyone.

The Origin of Species£¬On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favored Races in

the Struggle for Life. If you believe in C.R.Darwin, You will also believe that all current species are best species which selected by our nature. Our Earth is a result of several billion years of development before it formed this beautiful Earth.

What kind of Healthy diet do you like?

Some Chinese farmers went to the United States to visit a modern chicken farm. They saw the most advanced coops; the nutritious chicken feedstuff which was processed according to the most advanced formula; they saw the most advanced sciences and technologies which could shorten the period of production of chicken. After returning to China, they immediately swung into action. They established standardized chicken farms, based on advanced technologies they learned of in USA. Their incomes from chickens increased twice.

However, in the mangroves of hillside which were outside the modern chicken farms, they used traditional method to feed a group of free-range farming chickens. They fed chickens with traditional wild vegetables, corns and other grains; Chickens searched insects to eat in the woods and grasslands, drank mountain spring water. After full, they slept on thick growth of grass in the bushes. Farmers called these kinds of chickens ¡°Strolling mountain chickens¡±.

These farmers did not eat chickens which were raised in the Modern chicken farms. They believed that these chickens which were raised in the modern chicken farms were not healthy diet, because chickens were artificially shorten their growth period; artificially changed their freedom lifestyle; artificially damaged the original nutritional content by adding nutritional additives. They sold these chickens to foreigners and city people who liked these chickens. And they only ate "Strolling mountain chickens".

Meanwhile, the modern chicken farms owners in USA and city people were fond of chickens which were raised in modern chicken farms. Such as a kind of peanut which is almost extinct; a kind of original high stalks wheat which is not lodging resistant. People also have started to eat more and more edible herbs instead of only having normal vegetables.

A lot of edible herbs are also China herbal medicines. China is abounding in natural Chinese herbal medicine resources. It takes very important role in the prevention and cure of diseases. Nowadays£¬Chinese herbal medicines are not only medicines in the prevention and cure of diseases£¬it has furthermore become some common dishes in our dining-tables. It takes the most important part in having health food to improve health conditions.

Although we have been hearing all kinds of negative reports, such as: the failure of various food additives; animal and plant growth hormone harmed our health. However, the population continues to expand. To extort enough food from the limited land resources to meet the needs of human life, modern sciences and technologies have ensured the supply of enough food.

While people enjoying rich harvest which brought by high technologies, we have also seen a new way of eating food---Only ate natural food---which was agreed by many people become popular quietly.

A high developed society, not should only be a highly developed technology society; a legal perfect society; but should also be a progressive society with high and good moral; a caring society with love and kind-hearted nature. Charity is indispensable in such a society.

In addition to the government and charitable social groups organized acts, charity is everyone's participatory, with the side from the small scale of spontaneous acts of kindness.

I know one pair of Chinese old Couple. They were born in poor families which had a lot of children in 30s of the 20th century. They had experienced the War of Resistance against Japan in China, China Liberation War; China Great Leap Forward; China Three years of natural Disasters; China Cultural Revolution; China Reform and Opening Up. The male joined revolution which leaded by Chinese Communist Party when he was 12-year-old as the Head of Children, the Female became a women leader. They worked very hard, the male retired as a National cadre; the female retired as an eight level skill worker. They lived a stable life in China now.

Their parents and most of their brothers and sisters lived in rural areas. They were very filial piety to parents and maintenance to living a good life until they passed away; they tried their best to help all friends and relatives, regarded them as their own family members.

During the time of Three years of natural disasters, most of china people did not have enough food. As a National cadre and a skill worker, each of them only received 14kg food per person per month which supplies by the government, but their parents, brothers and sisters who lived in rural areas did not have enough food to eat. So they tried to only eat a little bit food with most potherbs and saved their food to their parents and their brothers and sisters. Because of them, none of their family members died from hungry during the Three years of Natural Disasters.

During their whole life, they lived a very thrifty life, tried to save every cent. But when their brothers and sisters wanted to build houses, they would give them some money; when their brothers and sisters'children wanted to go to school or started to do business, they would give them some money; when their brothers and sisters who passed away, they would help them for funeral; when their brothers and sisters'children got marriage, they would help for wedding. One of their sisters became a widow; they took the responsibility to maintenance her life.

They also tried to help other people. One day in 1970s, the man visited a farmer¡¯s home, when he saw that children did not have food and clothes, he gave them 30 Yuan. And at that time, 30 Yuan was his one month salary. One day in 2006, one villager's houses fired, they donated money to them for re-building houses. Government gave 2000 Yuan, they gave 4000 Yuan, other villagers also donated some money.They also had helped many people who had experienced disasters.
Now China Economics grow fast, people in rural area do not suffer from hungry, they are still keeping showing their kind- heart to others. Caring about the poor; feeding stray cats.....

Even in their whole life, they did not join any charitable organization, but they have been doing charity from the side with, from small start.

Mind control weapons and Directed Energy weapons (electromagnetic weapon, microwave weapon, radio-frequency weapon...) have been used to torture, harass, humiliate and surveillance legal, innocent, unarmed and defenseless citizens cruelly for many years.
They keep victims under surveillance to keep watch on their suffering. They keep victims under surveillance to research and develop how to make victims suffer more when they are torturing and harassing.
They also whip up terrorism. While these torturers torturing and harassing victims, they keep saying:" No body would help you and we will not stop torturing and harassing you. Some bomb may help you attract government and public's attention."
I could not see their faces, but I could hear them laugh and get fanatical. I could hear the excitement in their voices when they saw my suffering.
Some victims have already died, Such as:
(1) J, (I know nothing about her) who I heard from the torturers, died during May 2002 to August 2002 in China. Her death frightened me; I had ever mentioned her death in my letters to United Nations. Now I am suffering the same torturing and harassment, which they had used to torture and harass J.
(2) Clare Wehrle who died in a car accident, most victims believed that because torturers using mind control or directed energy weapons to cause her death in a car accident.
(3) Carole Sterling, committed suicide in order to escape the torture of electromagnetic technology.

My experience of suffering:

“Voices” which victims heard:
(1) A lot of victims heard that “voices” came from nearby, or from neighbors’ houses. Victims must understand that they did hear the "voices." But the “voices” which victim “heard”, are not the scopes of human hearing the sonic frequency range20-20000HZ. Even we could not clean all the darkness in the world, but I always tried to keep my house beautiful, clean, warm and kind.
I would like to draw an analogy to explain how Mind control looked like.
Mind control is a kind of very cruel mental persecution.
In a big room(they use wireless signals to build a invisible room), they broadcast films which are full of pornographic, terror, violent, darkness, despair, helpless; depress 24 hours a day, 7days a week. and our victims played the lead in those films. They jailed victims in that big invisible room, surveillanced us and tortured us, even when Victims go to sleep, Victims are also forced to hear or watch those films. And they also don’t allow us sleep often.
Even Victims are all living in the world, they can meet any people and talk to them, they can go go every where. But the big invisible room is only for victims. Other people can not feel the big room (possiblly normal people were not poisoned with some radioisotopes or some nano technologies or other things), so they could not feel that torturing and harassment, they could not see those films, they could not hear any voices, so they could not understand our feelings.

2. How to deal with Mind control.

From Jan 2002 to Feb 2003, I could not finished my study and I was seriously sick because their torturing, most of my time lied on the bed. After I left Australia, I still read some books, such as macro-economics, micro-economics, chicken soup-love, long walk to Freedom-- NELSON MANDELA, a maxim book about traditional Chinese moral, a book about Tang and Song poems, a book of learn French with VCD, the Bible.
If I did not read, I would lie on the bed and watch TV. And I only watched three programs: (1) Discovery channel; (2) 24 hours news channel, such as CNN; (3) some cartoons.
Feb 2003 until today, after they started to implement their Mind Control, I have read some books, such as: Harvard Business School MBA courses, some books about history, for an example, 1890’s America, some theory books, the Bible.
I have my computer; I would go to the internet to look for whatever I needed.
Because their cruelly torturing and harassment 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, I could not concentrate as well as other people. And especially they did not allow me sleep well for a long time. If they tortured me and I could not enjoy the pleasure of being thoroughly engrossed in reading, I would spend a lot of time on practicing playing Zeng, practicing calligraphy and gardening; If they did not allow me sleep and rest, I would go to plant trees, flowers and vegetables.

4．他们如何使用大脑控制武器和电磁波武器酷刑虐待和骚扰人体？
我们可以用眼‘看’；用耳‘听’；用鼻子‘闻’；肌肤可以感觉‘疼痛’。我们的感官系统每天收到很多信息发送给我们的大脑，让我们可以看到；听到；闻到；感觉到。

受害者的被人为制造的"误听"和"误视" 以及"口误"与精神病的"幻听" "幻视" "妄想"的本质区别 (1) 人为制造的"误听" 这一点, 大部分受害者有这样的体验, 听到周围的邻居, 路过的陌生人在讨论受害者, 而且他们的声音有时听起来就像是来自"邻居"或者是旁边的一个陌生人. 这就是人为制造的"误听". 您听到的声音并不是不存在的, 这些声音是使用大脑控制武器将电磁波信号直接传输到您的大脑, 因此在您的"大脑"中听到了声音, 他们的电磁波信号刺激了您的大脑神经元细胞, 让您的大脑神经元细胞作出了错误的判断, 认为这种"声音"来自邻居或者旁边的一个陌生人. 这些恐怖暴力分子使用电磁波武器及大脑控制武器锁定某个目标时，他们可以通过类似海豚，蝙蝠等的回声定位技术来永远找到受害者。他们一旦第一次锁定了某个受害者之后，他们就知道了这个受害者电磁波回声是多少。所以这个受害者无论在世界的任何角落，他们都会找到这个受害者。

我们都知道海豚，蝙蝠等是通过超声波来探测周围的物体及辨明方向的。超声波在向前传播中遇到物体后就会产生回声，回声返回到海豚，蝙蝠等那里，被它们接收到，海豚，蝙蝠等靠分析这种回声，来判断前方物体的远的远近、大小和性质，从而避开障碍或捕到食物.

他们的武器之所以无法锁定本. 拉登是因为他们从来不知道本.拉登的电磁波回声是多少。
当然，他们需要24小时监视受害者，以随时知道受害者脑电波的频率是多少。然后他们可以发射同样频率的电磁波信号。当他们发射的电磁波信号与同样频率的脑电波信号相遇，就会引起共振，严重影响人们的行为。当然，我们的大脑神经系统非常复杂。所以他们并不能100%地控制我们，但是他们完全可以达到酷刑虐待我们的目的。

大脑控制技术(神经控制技术,精神控制),电磁波武器一直以来，被一伙法西斯分子使用，用来伤害，破坏合法公民的人权和自由，并对他们进行残暴的精神迫害。

他们开始使用大脑控制控制技术,电磁波武器攻击我之前，我的生活是：
（1）在学校里认认真真的读书，每天我的大部分时间用在学习上，每天早上8点开始，大部分时间呆在教室或图书馆里，直到晚上7-8点。
（2）我是一个比较喜欢保持心理纯洁的人，我一直不愿意让自己去看血腥，暴力及色情的场面。如果大街上有暴力斗殴的场面，我会远远避开，而不会去围观；如果大街上有车祸后血肉模糊的死体，我总是会遮住双眼。即使电视上的暴力及血腥的场面，我也从来不去观看。我也从来不去看恐怖电影。
（3）我是一个喜欢保持思想的纯洁的人。我不愿意我的思想被污七八糟的东西所充斥，我也总是很挑剔我读的书。
（4）我内心充满着希望，希望世界充满美好和希望。但是即使我们无力消除这个世界上总是存在着的阴暗面，我依然会努力把我自己住的地方布置成一个温暖，温馨的玫瑰花园。

所谓的大脑控制（神经控制, 精神控制），其实就是一种非常残暴的精神迫害。
在一个很大的房间里(他们用电磁波信号构建了一个大房间)，他们每天24小时，每周7天地播放色情，恐怖，暴力，阴暗，绝望，无助的电影，他们在制作这些电影时，让我们这些受害人成为电影中的主角。然后他们把我们关进了这个大房间。并对我们进行监视，虐待。我们受害人在这所大房间里，即使睡觉也被强迫看他们的电影，他们还经常不让我们睡觉。
当然我们在这个大房间里可以自由活动，可以做任何我们想做的事；
这个大房间里也有很多其他人，他们没有被锁定，所以他们感觉不到他们的武器的攻击，也看不到电影，也听不到他们的声音，他们并不会理解我们所遭受的虐待和骚扰。

二．对付大脑控制,精神控制,心灵控制技术的应对措施。

2002年1月---2003年2月，当我被他们残暴虐待无法继续学习之后，我身体生病，大部分时间只能躺在了床上，后来虽然我离开了澳大利亚，但是我一直坚持读了很多书，例如：宏观经济学，微观经济学；心灵鸡汤-爱心篇等；LONG WALK TO FREEDOM—NELSON MANDELA；一本中国古代的的思想格言；一本唐诗宋词；一套法语教程及VCD；圣经及圣经小册子。
不读书的时候，我就躺在床上看电视，主要看三种节目：
（1）DISCOVERY科学与自然频道；
（2）24小时滚动播放的新闻频道，如：CNN等；
（3）还会看一些动画片。

2003年2月到现在，我读的书主要有：哈佛商学院MBA最新核心课程；一些有关历史的书，如1890年的美国；一些理论书；圣经及圣经小册子。每天我也会上网去查询我所要了解的所有知识。

但是因为他们每天对我进行的残酷虐待和骚扰，他们绝对不让我注意力集中地去做任何事情，再加上他们长期不让我有足够的睡眠，特别是晚上他们对我的残忍虐待, 很多时候我无法享受专心致志读书的乐趣。所以我用了很多时间练琴，练书法；当他们不让我睡觉，休息时，我就花了很多的时间去种树，种花，种菜。当半夜他们强迫我去看他们的“电影”，看电视仍然是我转移注意力的最佳方法。

最重要的是在他们对我们实施精神控制的精神迫害的过程中，我们应该努力让我们思想纯洁，让我们比别人更努力地去寻找美丽的事物。这样才让我们的心不会只沉浸在黑暗中。

另外：因为他们监视我，所以我把关于电子邮件的所有信息及密码保存在了一个MICROSOFT WORD 的文件中，保密问题的答案及密码，是我闭着眼睛在键盘上随便按了两下按出来的，然后用字体颜色将它们改为白色，跟底版颜色一致，别人看不到，我自己都不知到是什吗，每次使用时，只须复制，粘贴，我就可以打开电子邮件了。

精神控制受害者，请站出来！善良的人们，请帮助我们！

5年！5年对于很多人来讲或许只是人生的一个很短的时期。
但是，5年！对于这些每天在酷刑中挣扎的受害者来讲，却如同一个世纪那样漫长......
这5年，很多受害者经历着阅读思维(Mind reading)，精神控制(Mind Control)，电磁波武器(Electromagnetic weapon)，声波武器(Acoustic Weapon)，或许还有超声波武器(Ultrasonic Weapon)，次声波武器(Infrasound weapon)，微波武器(Microwave Weapon)等武器的酷刑虐待和骚扰。站出来揭露这些法西斯分子的残暴的受害者从十几个人，二十几个人，一直到现在的一千多人。但是受害者们付出的代价也是巨大的。
这5年，据我所知的非正常死亡的受害者有超过5人。其中，有J这样的我们不知到姓名，年龄，身份的悄悄死去的受害者；有Clare Wehrle 这样的，曾经站出来揭露这些法西斯分子长达10年的知名受害者；有刚刚站出来揭露他们的残忍，却招致他们更残暴的折磨，因无法忍受痛苦，而寻求自杀的受害者Darin Smith, a member of the Coast Guard。
这5年，不停的有新的受害者被他们开始虐待。受害者被剥夺了合法公民都有权享有的自由和人权。受害者被剥夺了读书的权力；被剥夺了正常工作的权力；被剥夺了身体健康的权力；被剥夺了正常与人交往的权力；被剥夺了享受生活乐趣的权力；甚至也被剥夺了正常睡眠的权力。也有很多受害者遭到饥饿，贫困，失去独立生活的能力。
这5年，很多受害者做了大量的艰苦的努力，在孤独，绝望，无助中忍受着巨大的痛苦，却从来没有放弃希望。他们写了很多信，给政府有关部门；给人权组织；给各个社会团体；给社会大众。直到今天，很多受害者还在艰苦的努力，继续揭露这些法西斯分子的暴行。
当然，这些法西斯分子绝对不是简单的几个地痞，小流氓。他们拥有足够的资金支持他们的长达5年的暴行；他们拥有人力，物力，让他们能够加班加点，每周7天，每天24小时对受害者进行监视，虐待；他们拥有足够先进的武器和科技；而且他们当中也可能有人能够买通某个上层权利人物，保证他们知法犯法，情节恶劣，却能够一手遮天，逍遥法外。
当美国的精神控制项目MKULTRA已在报纸，网络上成为了家喻户晓的技术；
当这群法西斯分子已经使用他们的相同，类似或其他科技对大量的受害者进行着残无人道的酷刑虐待时；我们的政府和善良的科学家们是否还以受害人无法获得足够证据，用沉默来助长这些法西斯分子的残暴哪？
所有的受害者和善良的人们！我们必须站出来揭露他们的残忍和法西斯暴行。他们喜欢那受害者的人体做他们武器的实验品。您曾经遭受过他们的虐待，您知道他们的残忍。虽然他们或许会一时停止攻击您，但是当他们发明了新的改进武器后，您仍然会成为他们最先选择的人体实验对象。因为您的沉默只能被他们视为软弱；而他们的逍遥法外，只能更加助长他们的残暴。
